Small Group Coaching

Small group coaching is an affordable way for you to get access to Geri's expertise in growing a local business. The group is limited to 7 people. We meet once a week by telephone for one hour. Geri gives you things to work on during the week, based on what you need at this point in your business. During the weekly meeting, each person has opportunity to report on progress, set goals, and ask questions.

This kind of coaching is good for someone who is getting started and wants a directed approach to developing a business.

Private Mastermind

The Private Mastermind is for people who are committed to interacting with a group of other small business owners with the goal of all of us helping each other to succeed. This is not expert coaching, but rather a group of peers helping each other out.

Membership is by application only. Applications are reviewed by the current membership for suitability to the group and to avoid conflict of interest situations, such as having direct competitors as mastermind members. This is an online group, and everything shared between members is held in strictest confidence.

A Mastermind is appropriate for serious business owners who want the support of their peers.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching gives you private access to Geri. You will meet together for one hour each week. Geri will go into depth with you about your business, where it is today, and where you want to take it. Together, you and Geri will determine a plan of action, and the next steps to take. You will set goals and Geri will hold you accountable for working toward those goals.

This kind of coaching is suitable for someone who wants personalized direction in growing a business. One-on-one coaching slots are very limited.
